The bucket cylinder is an important component of the excavator's working device, responsible for controlling the opening and closing movements of the bucket. The structural design and performance of the bucket cylinder directly affect the operating efficiency and stability of the excavator.
The bucket cylinder typically adopts a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, which works by pushing the piston to move reciprocally within the cylinder barrel through the inflow and outflow of hydraulic oil, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the bucket. When hydraulic oil enters one side of the cylinder, the piston moves to the other side, opening the bucket. Conversely, when hydraulic oil is discharged from one side of the cylinder, the piston moves towards the oil inlet side, closing the bucket.
